Puritan's Pride Biotin

I've used PP's 1000mcg for a long time. I find it to be great for hair and nails. I take up to 5 tablets a day.

I just cannot rave enough about this vitamin I tried other 5mg formulas but this 1000mcg single tablet biotin is the best. I would recommend this brand of biotin to anyone.
